I don't know about the word hemohrrioid but to get the puffiness off your eyes.I think you should put a bunch of spoons in the freezer,leave it there for about 2 hours,get it and rub it around the area(just like boxing)........But if it is HEMMORAGING(bleeding) go to the nearest pharmacy and orders some OPTHALMIC BACITRACIN.thats what we use after eyelift surgery.Which is the best hemohrroid cream for under eye puffiness?

Use cucumber slices {about 1cm thick} that are slightly chilled this will reduce blood ciruclation to the eye area which is the cause of puffiness...get some sleep if cucumbers are not your thing try tea bags--used after they cool down...the great thing about tea bags is that blood is circulated to another area of the body
