Depends just how bad the eye bags are. Mine improved loads by using Olay eye gel, drinking more water %26amp; getting good sleep, they hardly ever look baggy now, but if no creams are working then maybe surgery. This is apparently a very common and straightforward procedure now, and if it was really bothering me I would do that. Good Luck.
Try cucumbers and tea bags would work (if they were cold obviously).





Also try winding beofre going to bed (so don't watch TV or use the computer) by reading a book or doing something you find relaxing (like haivng a bath).





Also sometihng may be worrying you..so work out what it is..and sort it out.





Then you won't have dark circles under your eyes anymore..something else you could od is use make up to cover them until you can get rid of them.


I dont think you need surgery.

Anusol....it's really a hemorrhoid cream or 'pile' cream but it's use is to shrink tissue, and it does.


So, rub a little under your eyes and hey presto, the tissue will tighten and shrink.
