Can you use olay regenerist 3 point cream as a eye cream?

can i use the new 3 point cream from olay on my eye area as an eye cream or do i have to get a different eye cream, also do you know whats the best eye cream for dark circles and puffyness thankyou?Can you use olay regenerist 3 point cream as a eye cream?
No you can't use it- it says so in the literature- it's a great cream though.


The best eye creams are by Shiseido,pricey but worth it.They developed their lines mostly to cater to their much larger Asian customer base who , generally speaking , have more problems with under eye shadow than their Caucasian sisters .I've always found them very good and there's a new one out specifically to deal with under eye circles, don't know the name but will be trying it once my 'eye moisture recharge' is gone.
