first of all a ';grain of rice'; size is enough to do two eyes.apply using your ring finger to your orbital bone.do not go close to your eyes,just on the bone.the skin round your eye is as thin as one ply of tissue so is very delicate,if you put it too close it ';migrates';towards your eye and this is what causes puffiness.less is defiantly more where the eyes are concerned.How do I apply eye cream? Do I apply it by massaging it?

After having an Elemis facial I was advised by the beautician that you only need a tiny amount on the first two fingertips of each hand and you gently dab around the top of your cheekbone, where it curves under your eye (just before where some people have bags). Anything applied around the eye area should be *dabbed* with your ';ring finger';. The skin around the eye is more sensitive and delicate than the rest of the skin on your face. Dab it on, and then lightly dab across the area that you want covered with the product. Try using a light moisturizer specifically for the eye area, too. Remember, gentle, on the face, is best.
No, try not to massage the cream in as most of it will end up benefiting your finger!!

so gently tapp by ur finger tips..the most finger we use is the ring finger..its the most gentle finger!
