I use Simple's kind to eyes balm - although it has no anti wrinkle properties (then again I am only 17!), it's quite cheap, lasts a long time and really refreshes and moisturises the eye area.

But, they have optical diffusers (not sparkles or glitter) that make the area appear brighter. The very best one is Touche Eclat by Yves St. Laurent. Others to try include Flash Retouche by Lancome, Laura Mercier's secret brightener, and Bobbi Brown's tinted eye brightener. There are others. Go to a high end store like nordstrom and try them all. Dont be pressured by the sales people. And remember - when you buy someplace like that, you can certainly take the product back if you do not absolutely love it. Just keep the receipt. Check out this type of product and then you can see if it's available in a cheaper brand...I doubt it though.

Actually there isn't anything that will firm up skin except surgery. You can keep the skin moist to temporarily puff it up and make lines less noticeable, but that's about all lotions\potions will do no matter how much they cost. To prevent or slow down further damage, wear a sunscreen and don't rub around your eyes. Once the underlying structure that supports you skin is damaged, that's it. Look at the lines as proof you've made it this far in life!
Try Arbonne RE-9 Eye Cream, it feels so good and works wonderfully for firming and taking away dark circles.

Cover girl mascara or Aveeno eye cream - the culpits??
I have had terribly watery eyes for almost 4 weeks now. I thought I had some type of infection but the doctor said its an allergic reaction. I've never had allergies before! I may have started 2 new products around the time I started getting the watery eyes: Aveeno Positively Radiant eye cream %26amp; Covergirl Professional mascara. I have tried all of the creams everyone mentioned and nothing.I finally learned that there is no cream out there to help with that problem. If only I had knowed that before I would not have spent all that money. The good news is that concealer really helps to hide those. I am currently using Bare Escentuals concealer and it really works. Is it o.k for your eye cream to contain titanium dioxide, methylparaben, and colors?
Titanium dioxide is a mineral sunscreen, so that's a good ingredient! But parabens are chemical preservatives that are recently becoming linked to a whole bunch of health problems. And colors, unless they are natural vegetable colors, like beet juice, shouldn't be used. If it says FD%26amp;C yellow, red, etc, it's not good to use. Most of it is genetic. I have them to. Just get lots of sleep, and try not be stressed to much. I also have heard that when you cry a lot under eye circles appear darker. Not sure if it's true tho. Also drink plenty of water. Getting a bit of color in your face as well as putting cold spoons under eyes may help. Get ShiSeido Benefiance Revitalizing Cream. I got mine from Macy's and just a tiny dab of it does wonders on dark circles.

I love them! They apply so smooth on the lid it looks better than using a liquid liner (liquid liner can sometimes crack). Make sure that the jar is closed tight after use because like any other cream shadow, liner, gel, these dry up.
Here's how I started using them:
I would line my top lid with an eyeliner pencil and go over it with the gel liner. I don't like the brush that the gel liner brings though, the brush I got had uneven coating so the hairs on the brush were all over the place. I have had terribly watery eyes for almost 4 weeks now. I thought I had some type of infection but the doctor said its an allergic reaction. I've never had allergies before!
