Any one knows of any eye cream that is very effective for dry and puffy eye?

m onli 20 years of age.. so do anyone have any good products you tried which is useful? i dont want those for wrinkles etc .. thxAny one knows of any eye cream that is very effective for dry and puffy eye?

assuming you are talking about the outside area of your eyes and not the eyeball, try cucumber slices chilled in fridge and avon puts a good product out that will not hurt your pocketbook.
