It's pricey but I would say Chanel. It made a huge difference. If you are looking for something a little less pricey, I also like Burt's Bees (There are two different types: royal jelly and anti-aging pomegranate).
lancome is great if you can afford it, when i'm on a budget, i always use Burt's bees Radiance eye cream
If you have oily skin, don't go for eye cream. Instead, opt for eye gel.





Eye cream is more for combination and dry skin type.





I use this popular French salon brand called Sothys. It's pretty good.
My fiances says you should try Lancome Optimum Eye. She likes it and she looks hot ! :)
