What is a good eye cream?

I have really dry skin in below my eyes, Ive heard a lot about the body shops moisterisers and creams and I was wondering has anyone tried them, or would you recommend them? Or which ones are good?

Vitamin E is very good for th eye area, and very good for dry skin.





Also creams which have the ingredient Vitamin E will be better than those without it.
