well i'm also 13 and i got 2 dark circles on my face and since it was scar looking so i used bio oil and now there barley there i use it twice daily and also if you get a spinning toothbrush and before you go to sleep or after you wake up and use face wash and it will clean all the dirt and oil off your face but make sure that you put cream on after in about 2 1/2 months i saw results but im still using bio oil it will work as long as you do it everyday=)
