I bought a bottle recently in Singapore and have been using it daily. I put a small amount on my finger and dab it all around my eyes then gently rub it in for a minute. The flakes of gold don't dissolve instantly but they may over time...don't know..anyway, it feels good when I put it on and I'd probably buy another bottle if I knew where to get it in L.A.
