Should you put some kind of cream under your eyes before applying under eye concealer?

I tried it without this morning and it鈥檚 kind of better but I am still not sure.Should you put some kind of cream under your eyes before applying under eye concealer?
you should always moisturize your skin... a good cream will reduce circles to help u use less concealer--- sure it won't make a difference in makeup application, but in the long run it'll matterShould you put some kind of cream under your eyes before applying under eye concealer?
If you are having trouble with your concealer, it might just be the concealer itself. Yes, some concealers are way better than others.


Personally.. I like the one from Dior, but right now I'm trying out the NARS concealer.


You can also use an under-eye primer, but if its a good quality concealer, the primer shouldn't be necessary.


Of course, make sure that your skin is well hydrated.
