I use: Extreme Eye Rescue by Isabella Pelle. It's made specifically for eye wrinkles, the dreaded dark circles, and eye puffiness. Apply/massage it around the eye area twice daily. Hope this helps you as it did for me.

Take Almond oil and honey in equal. Mix and massage daily for 15 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water. It will reduce the dark circles. For more products and recipes you can visit the source site.
I use Garnier Nutritionist Eye. Also drink plenty as it can be a sign of dehydration (even if you don't actually feel thirsty).
