Do a few things for puffy eyes.Splash with very cold water for at least 5 minutes.Take an antihystamine.Also I take half a moduretic(from your doctor) this just gets rid of puffiness within hours.As for creams not many work.Probably use a small amount of haemeroid cream this is what the models use.Other than that don't put too much cream around eyes as they can cause your eyes to become puffy,just a light cream and not much.I also found retin a good but that is also from your doctor.If you are going to get it then get the gel.cheers.
i heard hemroid creme works wonders(Preparation H) ...no i am not kidding! i am in cosmetology...so i hear alot of remedies...the ones that work and the ones that do not...;) good luck.....you can also try wet tea bags put them in the freezer for like 3-5 mins (not frozen though so check em) and lay with them for about 5-10 mins.
