I love ';eye wish'; by avons top line, i used to sell avon, for like a whole 15 minutes lol and they gave me a bottle of it, i shelfed it and i use it now, but at any rate, you can put it on and in about a hour, dark cirlces are gone along with the baggyness :) and it lasts FOREVER!!What is the best under eye cream ever?
Expensive: Natura Bisse -- the eyecream is called ';Essential Shock Cream';. You can probably find it online.
Inexpensive: Loreal Revitalift.
These are both excellent. I've tried everything.
I stopped using creams because I found a mineral makeup that works like magic for me. I bought it from Aromaleigh.com. I use the yellow and it does a fabulous job of concealing dark under-eye circles as well as blemishes or discolorations. For amazing ease of use and best results, I also recommend using their Ultimate Concealer makeup brush. Mineral cosmetics are truly excellent.
Preparation H, the Canadian blend is thought to be the best thing to control bags under the eyes.
If this does not suit your fancy try this:
1) Sleep with your head slightly elevated to minimize fluid
retention.
(2) Avoid booze and salty foods, which can cause water retention.
(3) If you have allergies, take antihistamines and don't rub your eyes.
(4) Remove any makeup carefully to avoid getting particles in your eyes.
(5) To avoid dryness that can lead to irritation and puffiness, use a moisturizer. If nothing works and this is a chronic condition, cosmetic surgery may be your only recourse.
