What is the best eye cream/ serum for oily skin which is available in the Philippines? ?

I suggest you get the Photofinish foundation primer from Smashbox.


It's a good primer for oily skin. I just haven't checked rustan's if they got it, but the last time that i went to ebay philippines, there are a couple of sellers who sell this amazing stuff.





I personally don't use any eye creams, but if you have very oily lids %26amp; you find that you're eyeshadow creases, you might wanna get Urban Decay primer potion, it's good for oily lids.





I saw it being sold in ebay philippines. If you can't find it, you can go for Mac paintpots. There is Mac in Glorietta.





As far as i know Lancome's eye creams are really good. check it out in Rustans or Marionaud in mall of asia. You might wanna drop by at Beauty Bar too.
